Returns

Would you like to return an item? You can conveniently initiate the return via your customer account.

How to start a return

1. Log in to your customer account under “My Account”.
2. Open the “My Orders” section.
3. Select the relevant order.
4. Start the cancellation or return process there.

Returning the goods

Please return the item complete, securely packaged and, if possible, in its original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of the invoice or a note with your order number. This helps us assign your return more quickly.

Inspection & refund

After receiving the return, we will inspect the goods. The refund will then be issued via the original payment method.

Note on damaged or defective items

If an item arrived damaged or there is a defect, please contact us by email before returning the item. If possible, please send us your order number as well as clear photos of the item and the packaging.
